I have been living in this complex since September and have had no problems. The staff is courteous and the maintenance are quick to fix small problems that have occured. I have a lovely view, a wonderful space and the appliances are very nice. I look forward to staying in this unit for a while. You definitely get your moneys worth.

Lately I have had issues with noisy neighbors. The management is eager to help, but if they can't be caught in the act, the management can't do anything. Also - my downstairs neighbor moved out after her apartment was broken into. These are issues that affect every complex, though. If you move here, a top floor apartment may be ideal.
