If you don't mind living around drug dealers, and constant noise by loud music which everyone plays at the loudest volume from their porch. The grounds are always dirty, and in bad shape. The fitness center is a joke... They have 3 machines and not a single one works correctly. The laundry facility is also a joke. They have 8 washers and 8 dryers, and you press your luck every time you put in your money. More than half of the machines don't work, and the staff is in no hurry to fix them either. It also takes about a week or so to get anything fixed. They also like to leave the water on to fill the pool all weekend long and let it flood the grounds by the pool, and make the residents pay for the incompetent grounds crew for not turning the water off, so water bills range from 25-35 dollars! The location of the complex really stinks also you have to loop all the way around 183 and back track to reach the entry gate.

The few good things I would have to say about he complex would be; The interior of the apartments aren't bad for the price you pay, and when I moved in they were clean. The staff is friendly, but seem lazy...
