This is very simple, the office shut off the water service very often, young residents make loud noise most of the time(especially at night),alcohol parties with booming stereos on the apartments outside.
but if this is not enought information for you to make a decision to move here or not let me tell you the security issues here, the property is not gated so any unwanted person is welcomed here, you can see the police here in the apartment complex very often dealing with residents about auto break-in s or auto accidents inside the complex because drunk drivers, actually this morning I found my car bumped at the back and the tail lighs broken maybe by a drunk tenant or somebody else last night.
