Management is the worst, uncaring, unprofessional, dumbest, and rudest of all locations I've ever endured. Water is a constant problem, along with their disregard for basic protocol in handling any situation. There are never any notices about situations that they were aware of and the grounds are inconsistently operated. One day everyone will get a notice of impoundment on their cars, and the next they will hand out threats over balcony Christmastree lights, and never give you notice of a huge crew of bulldozers going through the apartment gounds to fix a water leak that they knew about 3 days prior. Do yourself a favor... and keep looking.

Manager here: I am sorry you are upset with our protocol. I don???t feel we are uncaring, just simply trying to clean up the place you all call home. Thank goodness we haven???t had any water issues for over six months, so constant is not totally accurate. Just as it is annoying to you, it is to us, but remember, if you owned a home your water lines can bust there too; and water lines don???t give us notice when they are going to break.

As much as I dislike my neighbors, I can honestly say that the management team is nice. They are always friendly whenever I go into the office. I feel bad that you had a bad encounter with the management. But everyone is entitled to at least one bad day while they are at work, right?
