I have read the reviews on this site and let me just say that I like my home regardless. I have been here for a year and will be renewing my lease whenever its up. I enjoy the area where I live its usually pretty quiet and i get a long with my neighbors. Of course there will always be someone or something that makes noise in our area, but I report it to the office and they immediately solve the problem. The staff in the office does seem to change but they are still friendly and attentive. The maintenance is great they have fixed everything I have reported to the office. There was one time that they did not have the part to fix my problem that same day, but they were honest and communicated with me they let me know it would be 1-2 days it just depended on how fast the part would come in. So it was no big deal. Sure enough after the second day I came home and my problem had been fixed. I didnt even have to call back to check up, although they did, they called to make sure it had been done. Yes there is problems with theft but everywhere else there will be to. I mean if a thief wants something nice and they see its in your car they are going to get it, theres no way to prevent it. My car has never been broken into or my house, neither my roomates. Some people have gotten their car broken into but its because they leave nice things out. That I DONT EVER DO!!! I like the convinience of everything around here all the stores are about 3 mins away. Parking, I never have problems I always find a spot near by. Maybe its my location or maybe theres more parking spaces in this area I dont know but I dont have any problems. I have washer and dryer in my home so I dont have to worry about the laundry room. The pools I do love they are alwys clean and if one is to crowded i go to the second one. I keep myself involved with the complex and the office just so i know whats new and so i can always know who works there. The managers are really nice and have always been very friendly with us. They even suggested I go onto this web site and comment on it and of course read all the other comments. I guess what im getting at is that I recommend this place for your home and I recommend the creek views and vaulted ceilings. And please look around for your self dont listen to the negative comments posted on this site. Because there is a lot more to it!!!

this person does not live at salado at walnut creek. those ratings are bogus.

This person WORKS here just like the people who wrote the other good reviews. Most of the good reviews of these apartments come from the people who work in the office...and I will name names! These apartments are bogus and whack! This person said, "I report it to the office and they IMMEDIATELY solve the problem." Please! The office doesn't do ---- but raise the rent and water bill prices and act like they are better than the residents. And yes I said it!!!!
