I moved out in August, gave them my new address including apartment number and was told would receive deposit within 30 days. Of course Deposit was not sent and it took numerous calls to manager and even corporate to get check sent. When they sent it, they did not put apartment number in address (I had given it to them 4 times by this point)so post office would not deliver and returned check. This was over 60 days later. Then when they issued new check they sent to Salado so I had to go clear over there to pick it up.
They gave me the check that they had stopped payment on. They did not give me an accounting as to why part of the deposit was withheld, which under law they are required to do within the thirty days or they can not withhold any of it. By this time 2 more weeks had gone by, so now into November. After the check they gave me bounced I had checks that bounced as well as a fee from bank for bad deposit. I went in again another trip and got the new check and faxed them the statement from the bank showing the check returned as well as the 3 checks of mine that returned and the fee. I was told I would receive money for the fees immediately. Did I' Of course not. When I called the following week I was told it would be 30 days, Again more calls and more excuses. Had to fax documents to them again, still more delays. It was in March before they finally got me a check after again leaving off apartment number. Again I had to go and get it. In summary do not deal with these people!!!!
No to mention people always use car horns as paging device.

if they didnt give you notification of your deposit accounting within 30 days, the law says you can sue for 3 times your deposit. just fyi.
