Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
The grounds look nice from a distance, but there is dog doo everywhere, dogs running loose without a leash, the office personnel are nasty and uncooperative, appliances break regularly and the water bills are sky high because the mainenance men let the water run in the street and refuse to fix broken, spewing pipes on the weekend. Car vandalism and purse snatching.

Rent is cheap here for a good reason.
