This place is terrible. My refrigerator flooded my kitchen for the first couple of weeks, my shower makes this loud pitched screamin noise at odd hours of the night which I cannot stop. The walls have massive cracks on them that they cover with spackle inbetween residents. Every day I come home and there is a new awful smell from the vents. I do not control my own airconditioning and it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. My window doesn't open there's no way for fresh air unless you open the door but then all these bugs will fly in and hang out on your ceiling. I have squashed numerous bugs on the ceiling....little green ones. none of the doors or cabinets shut all the way. My water has been brown a few times. The carpet has ben shedding for 6 months and it is all over everything.my blinds are constatnly falling off the wall whenever I pull on them. my bike seat got stollen while on the bike rack here. There is no garbage disposal or dishwasher or washer and dryer. There are no drawers in the kitchen. there are no outlets in the bathroom. It's smaller than my dorm room last year. Now keep in mind I am in a studio apartment with 1 bath and a kitchen that is damn small. No microwave. The guy below me complains that I am too noisy when I am sitting up there by myself watching TV. Not only are the walls so thin I can hear my neigbor sneeze the floros are just as thin. So if you do live here get top story.
The management seems nice...haven't talked to them much. Maintence is pretty on top of ----.
