horrible apartment. complex

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995
 

I live there about 10 years ago, but
my experience were terrible. First
They towed my car, because i didn't
have a sticker. My air conditioner
broke down, but it took several days.
i had to tolerate several days of
hot days.
