I lived here for 2 years. At the beginning of my lease, I didn't have any problems and if I did, the maintenance guy (----) fixed everything very quickly. And then it all changed! We got a new manager who didn't like you asking for things to be fixed. My apartment flooded when it rained heavy and 10 gallons of water were pumped out of my carpet. She didn't change the carpet or even get a blower for the carpet until 3 days later. Every time it rained, I had rain come in my front window and door. We didn't have hot water in our entire building for 6 full days and there was no compensation for this inconvienence. When the manager's manager was contacted by e-mail (which is the only way your are "allowed" to contact her), she did not respond to e-mails.

And the manager (--------) will charge anything and everything she can so she can steal your deposit...but be careful...she made a huge mistake in mine and I'm currently disputing the charges with the company who manages the apartments.

I would have NEVER moved into this cheap and convienently located apartment if I had known I would eventually have to deal with all of this through the worst manager I've ever heard of in my life. She will try and run you over and she lies about things she has said and done.

AND she did not cash a utility check that I wrote before I was going out of town and then I had to pay $100 in late fees. She was fully aware that I was going to pay in advance and I put the check in the night drop (which I do all the time to avoid contact with her), but she failed to cash the check.

I have only been living here for about a month now and I already have many complaints to make about --------, I can't find any contact information for her manager. Do you still have her email address or have you obtained her phone number by any chance?? Just reply to this response please.
