They gave me a large 1bdr 1bth because they where the only ones availble at the time(I wanted a small one but they offered the larger one at the small ones price). Managment seems nice until u sign the papers and pay first month, after that rather rude. On the move in date, after signing the papers, they would not let me put some of my things that i had in my truck into the apartment insisting a first months rent payment (I had left my check book in my storage place when I loaded some of my things in my truck) i had to go across town (during rush hour) to retrieve it.)When I first moved in (summer), the ac did not work and they tried fixing it 3 times, the manager questioned my ac operating abilities...after it was "fixed" ( 3 days in a hot apartment) it still isn't very cold. The apartments are old not a surprise, the walls are thin, and your unit smells like the neighbors cookin. I had to scratch out hair that had been painted onto the bar counter, pretty gross. Killed several big roaches. My car has gotten towed, after sitting in the same spot for months because the sticker had apparently fallen off the winshield (they use vinyl stickers that dont stick very well) the manager gets irritated when I go ask for a guest parking, she accused me one time about using guest parking to let friends park for free...overall I have learned from this experience and advise you to spare the inconvenience
