We have an apt on the 3rd floor over looking the pool and we love it here. Probley is the people below us are some sort of social invalids. Just the other night on a Friday I had to police called to my apartment at 7:30 pm, for my music being to loud. Which in its own right was total BS because I was in the shower listening to a damn shower radio. When the cops showed up I was on the couch watching TV by myself. They told me they recieved a call saying we were having a party. They asked where I hid all the people. I listen to the people below ----- and agrue all the time, slam doors, scream at each other and there damn dog barks all the time. Yet I dont complain. Cops have been here 3 times in 3 months and we have had 3 offical noise complaints. As if the shower radio wasn't enough BS..

2 months ago I dropped a big plastic jug of apple juice in the kitchen floor by accident. Sure enough 45 min later cops show up. Say they recieved a call saying there was alot of bumping and thudding and "excessive nopice" up here like from a domestic dispute...WTF... they asked to come in...I obliged and they looked in every room and closet for whoever I was fighting with. Damn apple jucie got me in trouble

Well since this last incurance this past week with the shower radio. I have been informed because of 3 offical noice complaints..that one more and were gone..Total BS...Its only a matter of time before I drop the shampoo in the shower and get the damn cops called. We've only been here 3 months and have 9 months to go..No likely someone wont call in 9 months. So looks like me and my roomie are looking for another place to stay.

The police never took a report to turn into the APT's. So the managers have nothing else to go on but what those below us tell them. I cant help but feel that Im getting a sore deal here. Can anyone help is there anything I can do.
