I?ve lived here three years. I like the facilities, such as the exercise room and free DVDs and the greenbelt that surrounds the complex which has a nice walking trail.


I recently posted here that there was a mixup over the lease in which the staff had filled out the lease for 13 months instead of 12. I have since discovered that that was mandatory because I was getting a special deal at the time which was not available for 12-month leases.


That being the case, I have no special complaints about the complex aside from the complaints I have about all Austin-area complexes, such as the fact that they stiff you for pet "fees" which are unrefundable no matter how your pet acts and for which no service or goods are ever provided. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
