I lived here for one year and in that time my car was broken into and vandalized four times! When I told the office they just said they were sorry and that there was nothing they could do. In each case my car was not the only one that was broken into. The last time my car had absolutely NOTHING in it (including no stereo) and they still broke a window just for fun. I'm pretty sure it's a tenant who is doing all of this and I've spoken to many other tenant who have had the same problem. My advice.... don't live here if you have a car... or belongings... or children... or even a pet.

Ummmm...yeah. I lived in a house across the street and had my seats and shifter stolen (I know, that's what I get for driving a zippy car) and my coworker had her HOOD stolen from her Mustang while living at San Marin. Cops told me that Duval area is really bad for auto theft/vandalism.
