I am moving in a month after living here a year in a 2/2. We have great neighbors. Covered parking is included. They have a good DVD selection. The staff is great. Here are a few petty complaints: The appliances are very old. Some units may have new ones at this point. My closet racks collapsed twice and ripped holes in the walls. My bathroom lights flicker and I have to flip the switch a few times before the light will come on. My ceiling fan only has one speed b/c the other two stopped working. Other that those minor setbacks, San Marin is a great place to live. I am moving b/c I would like to live in a newer apartment.
