Of course every place has it's problems, but I've never gotten anything stolen in this complex or had a problem with any tenants. The complex is beautiful and wood right at my back balcony. There is a stream in the back and many hike and bike trails. The only thing that stinks is that you can't move apartments with out paying the new inflated rate, so go figure...
