When I moved in, everything was great. Spacious rooms, new kitchen and flooring, great location. After the first rain, the ceiling in the bedroom and the kitchen started to leak. After weeks of nagging, they fixed the bedroom leak. I've been there almost a year, and they still have not fixed the kitchen stain. There are also electrical issues; the lights in the kitchen and bathroom do not come on immediately, nor do they stay on reliably. Again, nothing has been done despite my numerous complaints.
