Beautiful property, nice apartment, but the staff did not know how to smile and were not very friendly and the rent was too much. While I lived there we had the SWAT team staking out an apartment because someone was threatening to commit suicide, and we had someone living next door to us that worked in their corporate office and would scream at us if we were on our balcony after 10pm talking. We were not ever too loud, I think the sound just bounced off the garage making things sound a little louder than normal, but there are no rules against being on your balcony after 10 pm and our neighbors below us never complained.
