I've lived here for a year. I'm only moving out because my job is moving even farther south, and I want to cut out my communte. Nice neighbors. Great view at the pool. Nice part of town. The office people have always been friendly (ask for Neil. He ain't as pretty as the girls, but he's a cool guy). The apartment is the first one I've ever lived in where you can't hear everything the neighbor is doing. I'm going to miss living here. There were some car break ins, but unfortunatly, that's the norm these days. Don't leave anything of value laying out in plain sight, and you cut your odds by about 98%.
