I simply did not like the office staff when I went to view the apartments - they were very standoffish, rude and uppity the first three times I came to view their floorplans simply because I didn't have my picture i.d. with me. On the 4th visit to the complex, after receiving my photo i.d. in the mail, the office staff simply handed me the keys to view the apartments on my own - not even willing to show ME the amenities or what the apartment complex had to offer. So, I had to waste my gas and my time to drive my vehicle through the complex to locate the floor plans. When viewing the floor plans, I just noticed that they are not all that great and you can live in a better apartment somewhere else. If you are interested in Ivy League wanna-be staff members, San Marin is the BEST choice for you - but if you want an office staff that is genuinely nice and willing to accomdate you as a future resident, don't bother coming to check out this facility.

You drove to the complex three times without a picture ID? Yeah - sounds like you're the type of resident that EVERY manager wants to have. If you forget your own drivers' license on three separate occasions - how will you remember to pay rent? Good luck finding an apartment complex that is more accomdating (sic) to your special needs.

You can tell that some bonehead in the office wrote this. Didn't you read that the person said SHE WAS WAITING TO GET IT IN THE MAIL?? Duh.

No, llano, what you don't seem to understand is that you CAN NOT show an apartment without a photo ID to anyone for security purposes! That is a standard practice among ALL apartments. If this genius did not have a photo ID, she should have waited until she did have one on hand and not wasted her time or that of the staff. As for your remarks about it being a staff person, I can tell you that I am not an employee of this company and never will be. However, I did work for a management firm several years ago and I had to put up with this type of nonsense.
