I love living at San Marin. There is a true sense of community here.

From the staff to the neighbors, everyone watches out for each other here. Yet privacy is respected, and noise levels are never an issue. Most of the residents are professionals and conduct themselves, as such.

The office and maintenance staff are the best! It is rare to receive such personalized service at a complex this large. Everyone is very friendly,courteous, and helpful. The San Marin staff really go "above and beyond," and they actually seem happy to do so. It's very refreshing.

That's why I just renewed for another year!
