Watch out for the lease contract- you have to give 60 days notice that you're moving out rather than the standard 30 days, even if you just want to move out at the end of your lease. Also, though the complex is a "gated community," the gate works sporadically and did not prevent our car from being vandalized twice within a 6 month period (attempted theft of vehicle, and then all four wheels were stolen off the car). 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

this is management posting some fake positive reviews to save thier slum of a reputation--what a sleezy way to try and improve things...why not try and improve the property itself rather than do a bait and switch online...
