Save yourself Do NOT move in

The noise level is really bad especially if you live near stairs/entry ways. The windows are super thin even though management claims they are double pane. They just changed their office hours to 8:30 - 5:30 without sending out any notice. They misplaced one of my packages and told me they didn't receive it. I had to call the company and get the tracking number to show that the office signed for it. Then they magically found it.
You have to ask the office multiple times before any repair work gets done. Our window had a leak and it took 3 weeks for them to get to it.
Multiple notices that there are break ins to people??s cars.
