I have to admit this place used to be horrible until JPI management took it over. They have been so great especially the young girl with black hair she is always smiling , very sweet and handles her business. They have a variety of floor plans that are great and very spacey. I love that they have wash/dry in the unit. I never hear any noise. I feel very safe. Maintenance has always fixed anything in a prompt manner and they really keep things clean. Also the apartment is in a great location! I will definitely be renewing my lease soon! The only thing I don t like is having a gas bill.

Sounds like this reviewer might be the "girl with the dark hair". I've lived in a JPI property before and they are NOT a good management company AT ALL.
