lived here for almost two years, in which there has been 3 different management companies. The lastest one has to be the worst. Over July 4th weekend, the leasing office decided to have a party of their own where they invited their own guests which took up about 2/3 of the pool space. Meanwhile two of the -------------- ( ----- and another ----------------- to be exact) were getting drunk; one of them was making out with a guy on a pool chair while children were present, and the other was in the pool with her legs wrapped around a some guy making out with him while her boyfriend angrily looked on and stormed off. Is that any way to act in front of people you lease to'
Like I mentioned before I've lived here for almost two years and have two dogs. So after always being on time with rent and leashing my dogs and picking up after them I'm charged a fee because someone THINKS they saw me NOT pick up after them. I mean, really' Do they have video of this or a fecal test' How can you possibly charge a monetary amount for something someone THINKS they saw. I've never had a problem and now, all of sudden I'm not picking up after my pets' San Marin, get a life. You have bigger problems, your management team is ALWAYS late on maintenance requests, the mud on my sidewalk is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and your -------------- are the unfriendliest people in the whole community, unless they've had a few rounds of beer pong and are sucking face.

The last staff was HORRIBLE. I have lived here for 5 years and I am shocked that anyone would have an issue with the new staff. I complained to the new staff about other tenants not picking up after their dogs (LAST STAFF COULD CARE LESS). Why would anyone get mad at them for doing their job?? Everyone should thank them for sending out letters and trying to find out who is not following the rules. I think it's wonderful that they are trying to clean up the place from the last staff. Also who cares how many different management companies have been here. Get a life. At least this staff works. I can tell a difference already and I would refer my friends to live here. The girls in the office are awesome... especially Jackie. I have never had any issues with maint. They always come to my home the day I call them or the next day. I have never had an issue with mud on my side walk. Maybe you should clean it up. Anyways I have enjoyed my stay and I will renew my contract. Thanks to the new staff.
