I'm moving

Moved there a year ago because I got a GREAT deal.

$99 move-in and 2 1/2 months free rent.

I don't have a parking issue but I'm home by 6PM Mon thru Friday.

It's a different story if I come in late at night.

My electric bill is too high.

I live on the first floor at the back in a one bedroom and my electric is consistently higher than the large 2/2 upstairs that I had moved from at another complex.

I was there 3 years.

My theory is that the A/C unit is too small for my sq footage and has to work too hard.

My main issue is the cost of rent now and maintenance.

Such a nice complex and I struggle to get any kind of maintenance done.

Took 3 visits to get the A/C even working.

It went down on a Sunday when it was a 100 degress, of course.

I lived there for 1 week with NO Shower.

When I called the office, after the written request the goofy lady asked me if I was sure it wasn't working.

THERE WAS NO SHOWER HEAD! I have never once submitted a written maintenance request (like I supposed to) that I didn't then have to make a follow-up call.

But let me tell you, that gripey old lady in the golf cart will always watching to see if your dog is going to poop in the wrong place.
