SAN MARIN IS THE BEST COMMUNITY THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC, AND SO FRIENDLY, IT'S LIKE THEY ARE FAMILY. THE COMMUNITY IS BEAUTIFUL WITH LUSH VIBRANT LANDSCAPING, AND THE SERVICE STAFF IS SO TIMELY AND EFFICEINT, THEY HANDLED MY REQUEST IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS

THIS WAS WRITTEN BY THE MANAGEMENT--anybody that has ACTUALLY lived here could NEVER say any of that. plus a rating of all 5's....suspicious
