Never before have I released an apartment. How wonderful to not want to move after a lease is up.

I have a huge deck large enough for a jungle of house plants and patio furniture...threw a baby shower with 20 guests and we ate outside...

Sometimes maintence irritates me because they TRY to be condesending...leaving snide little notes when they fix things. And I've had a few scuffs with the office staff but for the most part I've been super happy at San Marin. The grounds are kept clean and manicured...the pool is always clean [even though they close it at 10 now...some people abused the previously relaxed rules].

Pet friendly complex...most residents pick up after their pups but some forget...look where you walk.

Parking is pretty good. In a year&1/2 I've only had to park up in the visitor's parking and walk back twice...not bad.

Rent is a little pricey but I love the location, the crown moulding, and the quality carpet...it's amazing how much carpet quality can affect you.

I don't often hear my neighbors..I can hear them run the shower and flush but nothing overly personal like gargeling or actually pottying.

In my last apartment I always knew when my neighbor's girlfriend was spending the night but now I'm blissfully oblivious!
