I've read the other reviews of this San Paloma, and I would agree with alot of what is said. I still think that San Paloma is getting a bad rap. I have lived in some nightmare apartments, some real dumps. I used to have a one bedroom here, and if I hadn't utilized the gym I would say the price isn't worth it. I have 2 roommates now and we pay 300 each. very comfortable. I like the location. Unfortunately my roommate had his motorcycle stolen and his vechicale broken into 3 times. My motorcycle was almost stolen at the same time. There was a short time frame that all this happened. We have since rented a garage. I still enjoy living here and don't plan on moving. The positive experiences here outweigh the negative. The office staff always remember me and help when they can. The neighbors upstairs sound like they have hoofs, but don't complain about our drunken music fests at 4 in the morning (I think). Luckily we are at a corner with garages under us so we don't bother too many people. I could afford to live somewhere else, but I think this place is worth the money. The pool is great at the summer, there are just more people that don't live here swimming.
