It sucks: bad management, ants, rattle snakes

It looks nice from outside but it is a horrible place. Management is extremely rude,
incompetent and unefficient in solving problems (and there is a bunch of them).
Ants, bugs and rattle snakes are crawling all over the place and management do very little to fix the problem. Management is only affective in creating an argument.
Any request for service inside the apartment needs to be submitted several times and it takes days for repair. Nevertheless, they are
very efficient in posting notes on you door if you make the slightest mistake.
The apartments cost way too much for what they offer.
It is hard to park at night and I'm very suspicious of some people who live there.
There were car damages at night and few times clothes was disappearing from the laundry room. People drive like crazy through the parking lot.
The walls are thin and noise is a serious problem.
The contracts are extremly strict and you are you are much better off in other complexes which offer more flexibility to move out. The management is just the worst part of living here.
I am a professional with college education in customer related business.
This is by far the worst place where I lived but definitely not the cheapest.
