Rude management, weird bugs, thin walls

I just move out a few months ago. Thank God! The management notices everything and doesn't hesitate to stick some stupid notice on your door, except of course if you pay your rent 1 day late on accident. They wait 2 days to give you a notice on that, so you'll owe an extra 20 bucks on top of the $45 late charge.
You have to wear some cheesy neon orange wrist band around to let the narks know that you live there so you won't get thrown off the premises.
The walls are so thin you can hear people talking through them. I figured such a new place would have built more solid walls.
I had ants, silverfish, some weird beetles, spider, and crickets in my house throughout the year I was there. I am a clean person, too, so it wasn't me.
Also, you need to really keep your place in great shape for when you move out. Basically, it needs to be in BETTER condition than when you moved in. They stick a whole-page list of every nit-pick think they will charge you for. For example:
$15 for each hole in the wall (they don't say fist-size hole or nail hole, so I guess they decide on how well they like you).
$50 to clean your carpet (I really hope they would do that anyway)
$15 to clean the toilet
$3 for each light bulb that's out
$15 to clean the tub
and the ridiculous list goes on and on.
The only thing that was good was the energy efficientcy. My electricity didn't go over $50 in the summer. Even if I didn't have the A/C on, it wasn't really hot, and I lived on the 3rd floor.
To sum it up, don't live here unless you are an extreme clean freak or you'll pay dearly
