We managed to circumvent the management problems by getting to be friends with one of the people who worked there, who unfortunately doesn't work there anymore. They have a high turnover and the new people are often clueless. The units themselves were okay, good layout, above average cabinetry/etc., weird carpeted bathrooms though. Powerful climate control. Not a horrible price for what you get, though you could find better, especially if you're not planning on using the pool and workout facilities, which are pretty cool but overrun with non-residents on weekends (or they used to be).
