I am a 25 y/o male that moved into San Paloma in March of 2005.
If you like to live the life of luxury and dont want to leave home to be pampered then San Paloma Apartments is a place you might want to consider to call home. San Paloma Has a beautiful Resort style pool with free-flowing fountains, beautiful landscapeing,Water Volleyball and sand volleyball and Even a full service Palms Cafe where you can charge meals snacks and beverages to your apartment. If you dont have a membership to a gym and you want to get into shape try out the expansive workout facility San Paloma has to offer. Want a great tan for the summer but cant afford the tanning salon prices how about complimentary tanning beds, yep San Paloma has this.San Paloma also has a massage therapist that is by appointment and also a Salon and wax. WoW! This place is great it gives off the feel of being in the city but also being in Paradise. The staff here is very helpfull in getting you approved and unlike other properties they keep you infomed if there is a problem with your application. The residents i have chatted with here are very friendly and not snobs like you would think of a resort community. San Paloma has everything you could want. If you are looking for a nice up scale resort community i would encourage you to stop by San Paloma Aparments and take a tour with one of the friendly and professional Staff menbers and see for yourself what all this resort community has to offer.

San Paloma's best and most alluring feature is the resort style pool. If you are single and enjoy the meat market atmosphere, this is the place for you. During the summer it is packed with rounchy strippers boozing it up at the pool side gazebo. If you have children or don't want to be exposed to this lifestyle, I'd suggest finding another complex or stearing clear of the pool during peak summer hours.
