My lease is up this month and I have been wanting to get out of this place since the month after I moved in. The management staff is very rude, especially the so called "managers". The maintenance and management staff do not communicate well. I've called about quite a few problems and for some reason they hardly ever get done. Seems like all they do is sit in the office and chit chat - then they give you attitude when you interrupt them. I am still waiting on a request that I gave one week ago today. I've called to see what is going on, but they just keep saying the maintenance men are on calls. So much for their 24hr maintenance promise. I will never lease here again, and my friends were going to move into this place but I have directed them elsewhere. The pool is nice, but when you have to sit on the ground because there are NO lawn chairs available, it's not worth the money to have a cool pool. The hot tub is inside and always has something floating in it or it's out of order - what's the point'! Did I mention the unsound proof walls and floors. You can hear all of your neighbors. If you're a single female I wouldn't recommend living here either. The walkways aren't lit very well and it doesn't feel safe. I can't wait till the end of the month!
