Make sure they do not place your co-signer on the lease. They placed my co-signer on my lease and then charged me water for 2 people in my 1 bedroom apartment even though my co-signer does not live with me. They are very shady. I was not pleased with my time staying here.

Also the kids run wild and throw rocks at cars/garages. They tend to steal your 9volt battery from your garage keypad..

The pool and all is great if you can get through the damn gate (always broken). The weightroom has mostly broken machines.

They also placed HUGE speedbumps after 3 months of living there. They placed way too many and it is a pain if you care for your cars suspension!
