I've live in San Paloma and I must say the management team works hard to keep me happy. Every maintenance request I've made has been responded to right away. The only exception is when they had to order more horizontal blinds for me. They replaced them free of charge and I knocked them down! The property is rather well maintained. The amenities are awesome and I haven't experienced broken exercise equipment (let's you know how often I work out!). Garbage pick up 3x/week, great location, I have a nice sized kitchen and great laundry room. For what I pay, I'm satisfied. Pay your rent on time, read your contract and do your part. You're sure to be fine. If the tenants would follow the rules, it would be better for everyone.
Bad points: The walls are thin; I can hear folks going up and down the stairs--ugh! I wish the pool stayed open later. I do dread moving out--the 60 day notice requirement sucks!! It seems like a trap to keep you there...
