These apartments look nice when they show them to you. They then trap you in a lease with a 60 day move out notification. If you don't give them 60 days notice, they will put you on a month to month lease at a cost of double the lease rate.

The guy in the office will promise you the world to move in, make sure he includes everything in the lease. He promised me a parking spot then when I parked in it, I got orange stickers placed on my window. What a sleaze bag. He promised me a spot then never put it in the lease.

I didn't like these apts at all. I am so glad to have found somewhere else to live. The apts are very small with no extras in them. The carpets are filthy, they even carpet the bathroom... '''' who does that'

Don't move in here, it looks nice at first but you will realize soon after moving in that it is not so nice.

this place is great, the office staff are so friendly and cool, they don't promise what they can't deliver, people who don't like it should just go away, l've been here 2 years and the staff here is the best it has ever been since l've been here, people need to get a life..

First, the carpets are extremely cheap and filthy. The dirt shows easily on the carpet and the bottoms of my socks.
Also, the staff could be more thorough. I was told that garbage could be dropped below the stairwell and services would come and pick it up. So, I dropped my trash bag there and the next day, there was a photocopied piece my mail *someone had dug through my trash to get it)with my address on it stapled to a $25 fee/invoice: "All garbage needs to be put out on Mon, Wed, Fri."
Well, no one ever told me that. Bunch of crap.
Also, the rooms are very small and I had ants in the kitchen cabinets coming through the vent above the stove. They got into my cereal boxes. Gross.
The pool is impressive- if you get a chance to use it. Also, I went to use the heated indoor spa, but could not get it to work. Not too bad if you plan to head east on Parmer to get to work. However, if you are going westward be prepared to wait through at least 3 traffic lights (about 15 minutes) before you actually cross or get onto I-35. Very congested.
Not sure if I will live here again.
