Why is it that people will complain before they pass along a compliment' For those of you who have complaints about things in the lease, if you were smart enough to READ the lease then you would understand that the staff HAS to follow the lease or could be sued.

The staff has been nothing but nice to me. Remember your mother teaching you to treat others how you want to be treated' If you go in there and are rude, do you expect anyone on the staff to put up with that' They are not your servants. They are there to assist you, not bow down to you.

My apartment was clean when I moved in. The parking lots are always free of trash. The pool is always beautiful.

Those who have complained about San Paloma and the staff may need to look in the mirror and see who they are really unhappy with.

Michael, you have been nothing but fun & thorough when leasing me my apartment. Thanks for all the hard work. You have been very professional.
