Pool is beautiful, of course it reflects in your water bill.
Wall is paper thin, you can hear neighbors ... If you are not on the third floor, good luck.
Occasionally there is loud cracking sound coming from hot water pipes.
Staffs are average. One middle aged woman likes to call you 'honey'.
Don't expect to get much deposit back. I cleaned up the apartment thoroughly before I moved out, still got charged $90 . Oh, they even took pictures as evidences. Make sure you take your own too.
