I'm no longer at San Paloma, so I'm not sure if it's changed much. I lived there for just under two years before I moved to Dallas. Let me just say San Paloma is nicer than half the apartments I've looked at here in the DFW area. I lived on the second floor, and didn't really have a problem with noise. But toward the end of my stay, my neighbor upstairs did walk kind of loudly, and I could tell when they were walking into their kitchen or bathroom. During the summer, crickets would find their way into my place, but come on, they're crickets. They aren't filthy cockroaches so it wasn't too big a deal. I'd shoo them out and find one or two more, but I'm not the kind of person that lets something like that get to me too much. The people in the office were always nice to me, and I never had any problem with maintenance. My freezer conked out on me one night around 9pm, I called, and someone showed up within 15 minutes to fix it. I had an awesome view of the pool, and I never saw any shady characters hanging around. My neighbors pretty much kept to themselves, which was fine with me, so overall, I'd have to say the tenants are respectful of each other.
Like I said, it's been a while since I've been there, but at the time, this was one of the nicer places around.

wow JOKEIE444, learn how to type and properly use the English language. Don't hate on people that type good reviews simply because they can make sentences and words not look like a 2 year old got a hold of the keyboard...
