This place looks nice at first glance. Everyone treats you wonderful... that is until you sign that contract. Once they have your signature on that dotted line you can consider your stay horrific. You pay extra for a "gated" community but the gates NEVER work! So much for that safety you thought you were paying extra for. Your only paying for complications. You have only three days that you can put your trash out and only two hours in those three days. Otherwise you have to go to the far end of the property and dump your trash yourself. Why do we pay for trash pickup again' Its not a luxury its a utility that we as renters are paying for. Hey I have an idea... build actual trash bins instead of having an open feeding area for the raccoons. Maybe then we can actually get what we pay for. The hours of the office are 9-6. Yeah right! More like 9:00 to 5:30. Someone needs to buy this place out and change the management completely. If you are thinking of staying here, think twice and keep driving. You can get more for your money somewhere else! I can not wait to get out of this s-HOLE!
