First let me start by saying that I am not a very picky guy when it comes to a pad. I just want a safe enviroment that is kept clean and not super expensive. I thought that I found this in San Paloma. It is infested with thug's, white trash, and vagabonds. I really saw a hobo at the pool just chillin one day. I cant ever go to the pool with my girl because she is always gawked at and the gangs of hooligans make her feel uncomfortable. They will sell you on the pool..and it is cool..but if your not in a gang or sell drugs you really wont fit in. The apartments are cheaply made and you can here domestic disturbances almost every night..Not to mention dirty south rap blasting at 4am on a work night. My car was burglarized and I told the apartment staff and they didnt give a ----. They just want to make money. Oh..and the trash situation. They give "courtesy" trash pick m-w-f at the end of the day. Its all good when you work early but some of us work late and if you put it our early they fine you $25 per bag. I wouldnt move in here unless you are like the people i described above..if you are then it is heaven...if not, move to a better part of town because anywhere around here is thug nation especially San Paloma..

are you just saying its the Ghetto because there might be a large amount of minority people staying there? People need to stop using the word "ghetto" to describe a group of people or actions. Look up the word to see what it really means.

i believe the person is saying ghetto because the place is filled with low class, gang like, drug dealing filth. the business office,- what a joke- is usually filled with teenage girls continually on "my space"- children on skates- where are their parents--probably at one of the loud and frequent parties and dogs(the barking kind) don't bother to complain--nothing changes, except you have to live in more fear because of retaliation. do renters have no rights? i know what ghetto means--i am living in it.
