Very Rude, take a ride , lots of hidden charges

This management sucks.
They have always annoyed to receive any compliant and try to discourage. Always staff chitchat (few young girls around, but no office atmosphere) and does not like to receive any further service to present customer... only interested to always join new customer. This office is only for new customers and not for existing customers. Manager has neither role nor authority, but just follows the rule book, which is always written for the advantages to Apartments and their are unfriendly, law to themselves.
It is the worst management sitting on a huge and pretty property.
Any thing you talk to them, please don't forget ask in writing.
Because they refuse and lie on price.
They should should given a crash course on customer service.

Of course the manager follows the rule book(it's called the Texas Apartment Association handbook, by the way) it is her job! All apts in the state of Texas follow the same rules because it is required! Why don't you educate yourself before trying to get her to risk her job by bending a legally binding contract that YOU willingly signed. Grow up and find more constructive things to do with your time than complain. You need a crash course on common sense. (P.S. love the way you are too much of a coward to use your name. It is called conviction, check into it. )

i agree. the management sucks!!! they are extremely rude! the new staff knows very little about the property. and yes, they do seemed annoyed when i call in a work order..its not my fault their property is falling apart..

I fully agree the opinions above that the management is really poor and rude. There is no service to present customers and you can always see their big smile to new customers only. Please be very careful, they didn't keep their words to payment. If you already lived here, unfortunately, please remember to ask the receipt when you make a payment to the office. It seems that they don't have any business ethics and can make any ridiculous excuses easily.

The community is Beautiful, HOWEVER management is horrible, they look for a reason to impose fines on residents, when you move in you have no idea there are fines, they do not supply you with a list of infractions and what the penalties are. They also do not do a good job booking, I went through hell before they ackknowledge the payment was made to the incorrect unit. and look out when you move, they will sock it to you, you will not recieve your deposit back. The breakins are bad! but they only change the gate code every 6 months. Sadly I say, DO NOT RENT HERE, I would recomend checking with the BBB and the attorney generals office about the number of complaints San Paloma has then make your descision.

I agree...this place is a joke. Rude and disrespectful staff who are only out to make a buck off of you whether it's from the rent or some made up ridiculous fine they give you. You can only have two guests per the entire apartment and if they don't like the way you or your guest looks at them they will then make up some crazy excuse to have you fined and your guest banned from the grounds forever. They dont do a thing about necessary repairs to the apartments or the grounds and once you sign your lease you probably won't ever get friendly and respectful behavior out of anyone again. Absolutely profound and disgusting. This place is being ran by a handful of ladies that act like children.
