Don't expect any services from them, even they promised you, because they can tell you they are quite busy and can't keep their words. The accounting manager asked me to pay additional fees but she can't provide the detail for more than one and half months. She just ignored my request and I talked to her again for what I needed 10 days ago. She promoised to give me the answer by last Friday 18:00, but she didn't keep her words and made another excuses for sure. Be very careful, there's lots of hidden charges in San Paloma and they can't tell you where the fee comes from till arguing with them. They treats potential new customers very friendly, but very rude to to present inhabitants. What they will ask you is to pay the additional fees.
