There was this guy who lived in my building who had a party and I guess it went wrong because I woke up to shots being fired in the middle of the night and a bunch of police and ambulence showed up and carrried some guy out! First I heard that someone had tried to rob him and THEN I heard that he didn't even live there and it was the RESIDENTZ who did it !!!! What kind of place is this'! All I know is that there were weird stains in the breezeway that lookd like blood, and they "magically" washed the breezeways that next week................... if you don't believe me then go get a police report on this place...if it didn't cost so much to break my lease, I would be outta here....this is a gated community, but what good does that seem to do when you live next to criminals'!'!'!'!''!'''!''!

I'm getting ready to lease a place here because I was attracted to all of the amenities. Now, I'm worried. There seem to be more nays than yeas. I haven't signd a lease just yet, but will definitely think twice depending on their decision whether they rent to me or not.
