Moved in to my new apt. and the first day I was there, we had a MAJOR Cockroach problem....it was infested!!!!! They wouldn't do anything to put in up in a hotel or credit me for the days I could not live there due to the problem!!! I had to take the matter into my own hands because I could not afford to move again and couldn't afford the fees they were going to make me pay to break my contact. WARNING: NEVER EVER EVER Rent from San Paloma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Apt Ever I currently live here, and I CAN,T WAIT TO MOVE OUT,I never paid late , I ask them a report to send to a morgage company they said I cannot break my contract or I have to pay $ 6000 this ----- Manager ----- is the worst ------------- I ever deal in my whole fife, you cannot have guest , they said if you are a guess who stay more than 7 day you have to report it so they can charge you for water. I have 2 kids under 3 years old and they make me pay more than $60 for only water. Please don't come to this place, there's no maintenace and the manager ----- or ----- she's a bad prostitute ----- please go somewhere else

First they are called Crickets and second off everyone in Austin had problems with them. Due to the fact that we had such a wet Spring and Summer. I had a few in my apartment too. They have been gone since August. I haven't heard one since.

Haha HJApt138 and "anonymous" from 11/13/2007 are idiots. Learn how to type and properly use punctuation. No wonder you turds are having problems, you can't even write a simple review without messing it all up, it makes sense as to why you also have money problems and issues with bills. Sorry about your luck with the kids, maybe you should have used protection and/or thought about the future before you started popping them out. Don't complain on here about being irresponsible.
