I wrote the review titled all in all I recommend.

I have to say, we will probably be renewing our lease at San Paloma. I love our apartment!! We haven't had much of a bug problem except for I found 1 silver fish in the pantry and we did have some ants. Ant traps resolved it though. We have had one work order and they came a day and a half later and fixed the problem completely. The ladies in the office for the most part I think are very helpful and nice. We really haven't had to deal with anyone from the office though.

I hate when people complain that "the walls are too thin". No matter which apartment you go to, at some point you will hear your neighbors. So rent a house next time. There is nothing unacceptable about the complex asking to be paid on time and fineing you if you do not. You signed the lease and it was in there.

I enjoy living here, it's a nice apartment.
