Nothing works, thin walls, you hear pounding from every direction. trash everywhere. broken stove, broken doors, warped wood floors. smelly mildew carpets in bathroom. ACTUAL MOLD IN BATHROOM no one will do a thing. Called housing authority and Austin Tenants' COUNCIL!! Finally came to fix after wrote legal document. Please don't move in this place you will regret it for the ENTIRE STAY. No one cares in office, just like someone put in previous review, they talk a great game, then you move in and they treat you like ----, no respect, no courtesy, no CLASS whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!! San Palomas is an absolute --------!!!!!!!!!!!!! and an expensive -------- at that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $1100.00 for the next 9 months in a jail. I have 6 month pregnant girl, with mold in the bathroom, and they will not let us move unless we pay them around 7K. No morals at all. ------/------ what ever her name is, is a Snake, pure cold blooded liar, no Morals!! She is a ------- lady w/---------, she will tell you everything you want to hear to move in and ignore any problems you have after you have signed the dotted line. ------- -------- the manager tries but i think she has been consumed by the immoral bastards of Zavala management and this ---- hole they call San Paloma Apartments. You will certainly have these problems. Nothing has changed in the 2 years since I have lived there. Just follow the recommendations of the Austin Tenants Council and submit EVERYTHING in writing. And move as soon as possible.

I put in a work order to have the shower diverter repaired and they came 2 days later and fixed it and also unclogged the drains. So far so good...

This is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard. First off I have never had a problem with anyone in the office. Least of all whats her name. When I moved in I had a few problems with the place I moved into however. I put a few things on my sheet and they fixed all of my problems within a couple days. After that it is up to you to keep your house clean don't blame them because YOU are a slob.
