I am a current resident at the San Paloma Apartments.I've lived here for more than three years. The staff in the office is always friendly and responsive. When I do have a maintaince problem, it is resolved within one or two days. I'm pleased with the added outside staff that have been tweaking the grounds, stairwells and outer buildings. The only complaint I have is that sometimes on the weekends, people that are not residents come in to use our unique pool and volleyball courts. Who can blame them. It really is the most beautiful in Austin. I did mention this to the office and they said they are increasing the checking for resident verification.
I love living here and am proud to bring my friends. I have no intention of moving. This is home.

OMG, who are you lying to, this place is horrible, all they care about is how to make the next dollar and how to fine the next person, this place is a total joke, and Luckily I will do all I can to make sure everyone knows about this place. You say you have lived there for three years, well wait until you leave, then they will RIP you good on your deposit!

You must work there, I have been there for 5 years, and I can tell you maintenance is very delayed. I've had to wait as long as a month for maintenance requests to be handled. I've never been late, never been charged a fine, but I will tell you the place has deferred maintenance everywhere. It needs to be painted badly, there's rotting fascia everywhere you look and the grass is dead, the equipment in the gym is really outdated. (Almost killed myself on the treadmill because it slips when you run on it) The tanning beds, are basic and the bulbs are never changed and the pool is filled with people who don't even live here. The staff is rude and if you want something done you better call back 100 times to make sure it's handled. I'd classify myself as a good tenant, but I will tell you this place sucks. Oh, and with each renewal despite the horrible service and the lack of upkeep, they raise the rent year after year.... If you're looking to move, keep looking don't move here!
