OKIE-so you live in austin, and love hanging out with your friends to play sand vollyball and hang out by the pool-BUT you CANT AT YOUR OWN PLACE! they have a 2 PERSON GUEST RULE!
and if you invite more over they embarress you by kicking them all out and then fining you while your having fun!

do not move in! do not move in!

the management is rude and do not care about anyone!

This is the dumbest comment I have ever heard. The reason those rules are in place is because they want the people who live here to enjoy those amenities. Not your sisters half cousin twice removed. If they want to use it have them move in to another apartment on the property. Until then quit your whining. And act like an adult.

This is a dumb, ignorant, whiney comment. I've played 2on2 volleyball with me being the only "resident" and I have never been hassled. Maybe it was because my guests and I conducted ourselves appropriately and did not draw any negative attention our way or that the staff is not as insensitive as you claim. In my experience, they have all been very understanding and willing to bend a little to maintain satisfaction. Now the little maintenance guy with the flames on his golf cart and the giant boyfriend is a completely differnet story. What an A$$----! I don't now who pushed him around early in life, but he definately has some pent up issues. Granted, no place is going to be perfect. There will always be some angry person enjoying their life while ruining others', but as long as there are some very sweet and genuinley interested leasing people who are willing to balance out or overcome the negative experiences, there is no reason to not enjoy your stay.
